These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Baby Celebrate. Please read these carefully before placing any order with us. At the point of order acceptance, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Payment and order process We accept orders and payment by a variety of means:
Goods will not be dispatched until payments have cleared. Please note that your order is an offer to buy which we accept by sending you an email confirming the order you have placed and by processing your payment. Ordering and delivery All our Newborn baby gifts are sent out by First Class Recorded Mail. We dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm) and you should allow 1-2 working days for delivery. Baby, toddler and nursery items will be sent out using the most appropriate Royal Mail service – either standard mail or parcel service depending on the weight and value of the items. Again we will dispatch within 48 hours and you should allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Returns We do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition. If you are not delighted then we will accept returns within 14 days of the date of posting by us. The item/s must be returned at your cost in its original packaging and unused to Baby Celebrate, P.O. Box 447, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7WN. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of individual items contained within gift sets. We will offer an exchange or refund on an individual item from the 'Individual Baby Gifts' collection or a complete baby gift from the 'Baby Gift Collection' but are unable to offer a refund of postage and packing costs. If you find an item to be faulty then please contact us and we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Please be aware that returns are the customer's responsibility until received by us. For this reason we recommend that you send returns by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us. Please note that items received as a gift are only returnable by the Customer and not by the ultimate recipient unless faulty. All refunds, exchanges and replacements are at our discretion. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Stock Availability We try to ensure that our photographs reflect our current stock range, however styles will change on a seasonal basis and our suppliers may make changes to their ranges which are not within our control. As a result, there may be minor alterations in the content of your order but we will always ensure that the contents and any substitutions are of the same brand and of the same or higher value as that offered for sale on this website. Should a customer be dissatisfied with any substitutions or variations, they will be able to return items as explained above in the 'returns' section of these terms and conditions. Security Security is fundamental to the integrity of our site and as such is something we take very seriously. We have partnered with WorldPay to take your online payment. WorldPay are industry leaders and have the benefit of many years experience in this field. WorldPay use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems, and at the browser the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) is used. This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be impersonated or redirected to anyone. WorldPay public web servers are certified by Thawte a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that Baby Celebrate and our customers can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information. Privacy & Data Protection Policy Baby Celebrate complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. We undertake to treat your information with great care and we will not pass your details on to other organisations. Please note that we will only store your information to fulfil your order and to keep you updated with our services and promotions. We will have to disclose some of the information provided by you to service suppliers to complete your order. These parties include Royal Mail and Business Post.
